Cancellation policy

Restaurant & Bar Wannee                                                                                                                                                                     

Group reservations, from eight people, for Restaurant Wannee are subject to the following cancellation conditions:

When a menu is agreed:

- For cancellations more than 7 days prior to the reserved time, no cancellation fee is payable.
- For cancellations 7 to 4 days prior to the reserved time, 50% of the reserved value is charged.
- For cancellations 3 to 1 day prior to the reserved time, 75% of the reserved value is charged.
- For cancellations within 24 hours of the reserved time, 100% of the reserved value is charged.

When no menu has been agreed:

- For cancellations more than 48 hours prior to the reserved time, no cancellation fee is payable.
- For cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the reserved time, 50% of the reservation value is charged, based on the agreed menu price per person.

Lower turnout than the reserved number of people:

If the number of arriving persons is lower than the reserved number, the last known number of persons communicated at least 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged, with a maximum deviation of up to 10%.

Special circumstances

In case an event or a special activity like an 'Elfstedentocht' takes place in the period there is made a reservation at our hotel, we are allowed to replace the reservation with another day that suits the guest.
